• Returns accepted for 30 days after delivery
• Items must be returned in original, unused condition, and in the original packaging
• Return shipping is paid by buyer and must be received by Boyles Handmade prior to receiving a refund
• The full product cost will be refunded 
• No returns on custom orders, final sale items, or gift certificates

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at boyleshandmade@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. These will be addressed on a case-by-case basis, and your satisfaction is my goal.
