THE SIGNATURE COLLECTION: HOW IT CAME TO BE

The pieces in the Signature Collection are the ones that made the cut. They're ones that speak to me; they're practical, timeless, with designs and construction that are made to last.

For years, I found myself making almost everything - different styles, different designs, different leathers - just trying to figure out what appealed most to my hands and mind. The things that challenged me and made me want to edit and improve. Somewhere along the way, I finally realized I was making just to make. So, I stopped and allowed myself to reflect on what matters most.

I narrowed it down to what actually works for me: quality that doesn't fade, design that doesn't feel like it'll be out of style in six months, and craftsmanship that genuinely lasts. That's it.

Two Leather Colors

I chose to use two leather colors:  Natural and Cognac. The Natural color starts light. Almost pale. But within a few weeks of use, it starts to deepen. Within months of use, you have this rich honey color that's completely unique to how you've used it. After a year or so, it's something else entirely. It's a record of your hands, your habits, and your own life lived with it.

Cognac is the other option - with a warm color from the start, it deepens into something even richer, more refined. It ages differently than the natural, but it ages just as beautifully.

Both are vegetable tanned. Both will last generations and become more striking the longer they're used.

The Materials

I work exclusively with full-grain, vegetable-tanned leather, chosen for its durability, dense structure, and the way it develops character over time. And textiles - natural linen, hefty canvas, blue ticking. Solid brass hardware. No shortcuts, no compromises.

Every leather piece in the Signature Collection is hand-stitched by me. That takes dedication, patience, and the desire to make pieces that last. Every stitching hole is hand-punched, every stitch sewn by hand. Every element reflects what it costs to make something by hand that will last a lifetime, not something designed to be replaced.

The Philosophy

The Signature Collection is intentionally limited. They're designed to be used. To live in your pocket, on your desk, in your hands. Textiles will get softer, more worn in; leather will develop marks and scuffs and other color variations. These aren't flaws - quite the opposite, they're semi-blank slates letting you add to their story.

This is what I believe in. This is what I make now.
