About Me
Hello! I'm Vicki Boyles - the hands and heart behind Boyles Handmade. I work from a small studio in a quiet corner of Andalucía, Spain, surrounded by the beauty of olive trees, mountains, and sweeping views of the sea. It's the kind of landscape that invites you to slow down and take it all in.
Boyles Handmade began with a love for well-made accessories and a desire to create timeless, useful, and honest goods - simple designs that stand the test of time and grow more beautiful with age as your story develops.
The Mission:
My goal is straightforward: to offer purposeful, thoughtfully crafted leather goods that are both practical and built to last. I care deeply about function, quality, and materials that wear in, not out.
The Craft:
Every piece that leaves my workbench is made by hand, one at a time - from selecting the the right hide to the final stitch and edge finish. I take my time and do things the old-fashioned way, without shortcuts. of leather to the last hand stitch and edge finish, I take my time and do things the old-fashioned way, without shortcuts. It's not about producing more, it's about making something real, something meant to be used and enjoyed.
The Commitment:
I work exclusively with full-grain, vegetable-tanned leather. Not only is it durable, but it develops character with time. Every item I make is given careful attention and a great deal of patience. I'm not chasing trends, just crafting dependable pieces that feel good to hold and get better with use.
The Logo:
In Spanish, Granada means pomegranate. It's a symbol you'll notice everywhere here, from tiles and tapestries to city crests and street signs. It's part of this region's identity, and using the pomegranate in my logo is a quiet nod to the roots of Boyles Handmade, grounded here in southern Spain.
Thanks for stopping by. I hope you find something that speaks to you. Whether it's a new wallet for yourself or a one-of-a-kind gift. Everything here is made with care, designed to last, and built to be used.
Thanks for being here.
It means a lot that something I've made with my own two hands might become part of your story.
Warmly,
Vicki Boyles
