Leather Care / Lifetime Use

Some items are pre-conditioned with Smith's or Aussie leather conditioner before they're shipped. Re-applying a leather conditioner once you receive your product isn’t needed since usage and the oils from your hands will keep the moisture locked in. For wallets or bags - if you rotate them frequently, just give them a light buff with a cotton cloth as needed, and they'll come back to life.

All leather goods will endure many, many years of loving use. The lifetime warranty addresses maker defects, but not if your dog uses it as a chew toy. Bad dog. In extremely rare cases of thread breakage, just send it back for repair (new thread) at no cost. If the item can't be repaired, it will be replaced* at no cost. 

*Due to subtle color variations in leather tanning, the replacement leather color may not be an exact match.
